Clarity, sound mind, creativity, concentration, intuition, insigth and the reduction of stress are just some of the many benefits that one can take in thanks to the practice of meditation.
The purpose of meditation is to educate and prepare the mind for mindfulness; the state of mind that we find ourselves in and in what we do, in which the mind itself becomes stronger in its abilities, and in which awareness is created.
It is possible to teach the mind how to resist and lower "mental work" (worries, constant negative thoughts, feelings of stress and anxiety and continuous distractions), and at the same time "shape" it towards certain skills and configure it to achieve our goals.
As neuroscience has proven, when certain cerebral waves occur, the brain is no longer able to distinguish what is real from what is imagination and tends to acknowledge what it perceives as being real.
Meditation then becomes the theater and laboratory in which it can anticipate, simulate, and create our future.
By dwelling in certain states of mind / abilities / goals, the cells and the neural network used to support those states of mind / abilities / goals begin to engage. This suggests that it will be easier for us to achieve these goals for they had pre-existed in our minds and have become closer and more familiar to us.
Meditation is a practice of personal evolution for it allows us to open our minds and overcome the resistances that start from the ego.
The more we remain within the vision of the ego, the less ability we have to influence reality, save for the classic method.
By expanding our consciousness instead, we enter the quantum field of possibilities, and through the force of creative intent we can break down this field into desired realities.
